Sarah Heagney Sound Therapy
I began playing my first instrument (the piano) at the age of 4, and have been fascinated by sound and music ever since. As an adult, I became drawn to the healing and therapeutic aspects of sound, exploring the science and art of modern and ancient healing instruments. This culminated with studying Integral Sound Therapy to a professional level with the Academy of Sound Healing and gaining a diploma in Sound Therapy.
My sound therapy practice (and life in general!) is underpinned by a love of nature and spending time outdoors, and I am frequently to be found exploring the many wonderful wild places of the Yorkshire Dales, foraging basket in hand. I am fascinated by plant folklore, natural self-reliance and exploring our green environs.
