Your Sound Therapy session will begin with a short consultation, where we’ll establish the areas to be focused on. During the session, instrumental sounds will be used to induce a deeply relaxed mental state, influencing Alpha and Theta brainwaves. These brainwave states are associated with deep meditation; providing great relaxation, refreshment and enabling personal healing. 
If desired, instruments can also be played directly onto the body, providing a highly effective sonic massage.
